Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using GlowAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GlowAI is an AI-powered skin analysis application that provides:

• Skin health analysis using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini)
• Facial aging simulation using AI models (Replicate)
• Skincare product ingredient scanning and analysis
• Personalized skincare routine recommendations
• Mole monitoring and tracking (Pro+ subscribers)
• Skin health goal management (Pro+ subscribers)
• Water intake tracking and hydration-skin correlation

To use GlowAI, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, age, gender, and skin type. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

GlowAI offers three subscription tiers:

• Free — 3 skin analyses per month, basic aging simulation (0-5 years)
• Pro ($4.99/month or $49.99/year) — Unlimited analyses, full aging simulation (0-30 years), ingredient scanner, routine builder, progress tracking
• Pro+ ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) — All Pro features plus mole monitoring, skin cancer risk assessment, photoaging risk, skin health age, advanced trends, goal management, smart alerts

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective store's policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any subscription gating, usage limits, or security measures
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts
• Upload photos of other people without their consent

GlowAI is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

• AI-generated skin analyses, scores, and recommendations are for informational purposes only
• Mole monitoring features, including ABCDE assessments and alert levels, are not a substitute for professional dermatological examination
• Risk assessments (skin cancer risk, photoaging risk) are AI-generated estimates and should not be used as medical advice
• Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for skin health concerns
• If you receive an "urgent" mole alert, seek professional medical attention promptly

GlowAI uses Google Gemini AI for skin analysis and Replicate AI for aging simulations. These AI models may produce inaccurate results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

The App, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by GlowAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your photos and personal data. By uploading photos, you grant GlowAI a limited license to process them solely for providing the services described in these Terms.

• Your photos are processed for analysis only and are not used to train AI models
• You may export or delete your data at any time via the Privacy Dashboard
• We do not claim ownership over your uploaded content

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• GlowAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any health decisions made based on AI-generated analysis or recommendations

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" feature in your Privacy Dashboard. Account deletion includes a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion request.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer protection rights.
